Welcome to the Global Pastors Conference, under the aegis of Adonai Ministries, a non-denominational forum dedicated to serving & nurturing the Body of Christ by:
Creating a Collaborative Platform: We aim to be a community which fosters collaboration between diverse segments of the Body of Christ, working towards building a healthy global Church.
Providing Practical Pastoral Training: We are committed to working with pastors and leaders, providing them with practical training to address the unique challenges of the 21st Century Church.
Establishing a Safe Haven for Ministers: Our conference offers a safe, nurturing environment where pastors and leaders can receive ministry in an un-prejudiced atmosphere. Confidentiality is an integral value upheld by the ministry team.
Empowering Leaders: We seek to empower leaders by equipping them with teachings and resources in the inner healing and deliverance ministry.
At the Global Pastors Conference, we endeavor to strengthen Pastors & Leaders worldwide, foster unity, and equip leaders to effectively serve their communities, making a lasting impact on the world.
BUILDING A CHURCH MINISTRY TEAM
As a pastor, trying to meet the emotional and spiritual needs of people within the church, can be overwhelming. But having a well-trained ministry team will provide a safe place for those who struggle in their spiritual life due to unresolved hurts and memories of the past.
As a ministry, we have many years of experience in developing ministry teams and also providing resources that could help churches fulfil their pastoral role.
The Wholeness and Freedom - Part 1 is the first step in towards achieving this goal.
OBJECTIVES:
To lay a biblical foundation for the ministry of setting people free based on the following factors:

The application of biblical truths to people's lives, without which there can be no true biblical freedom.

The expectation of the Holy Spirit moving in power as we pray for people and counsel them.

To gain a biblical understanding of caring for people and spiritually nurturing them consistent with God's character.

We believe that 'counseling' must not be separated from 'disciplining' and therefore needs to take place primarily within the context of a local Church. Making disciples is our calling; the appropriate vehicle to fulfill that calling is through the local Church.

Rev.Victor D'Monte
& Annie D'Monte
Rev. Victor D'Monte is a seasoned pastoral minister with over 37 years of experience. His deep concern for the welfare of the Church motivated him to initiate one of India's pioneer inner healing and deliverance conferences. Over time, this conference has become a transformative event where countless pastors, leaders, and congregations have experienced healing, deliverance, and spiritual wholeness.
Beyond his pastoral duties, Pastor Victor has proven himself to be an avid and prolific author, crafting numerous books and workbooks that have touched the lives of many.
Driven by his burden and passion for supporting pastors and leaders, he saw the need to organize a conference for pastors and full-time workers to be encouraged.
Through the Global Pastoral Conference, Rev. Victor D'Monte endeavors to unite pastors and leaders from various backgrounds, cultures, and experiences, creating a space to learn, grow, and find encouragement as they serve the Body of Christ. His unwavering commitment to this cause has significantly impacted countless lives and communities where Christians have experienced a renewed love for the Lord and His service.
His wife, Annie D'Monte, teaches and ministers alongside him. Annie also serves as the ministry coordinator for all the conferences.
